5. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Use the tips given here AT YOUR OWN RISK. These tricks and tweaks are all tried and tested but the author shall NOT be responsible for any damage or harm occurring by these tips.

There are certain links given in the website but the authors will not be responsible for the non-availability of the file or the file containing any kind of virii, spyware, adware or any other kind of malware and it is advisable to run a virus scan on the file before opening it on your computer. It is also advisable to keep a backup of your files. Since the tips mentioned here involve editing the registry it’s also advisable to keep a backup of the windows registry at all times. The process of backing up the registry shall also be explained in the website.

These terms supersede any previous agreement and represent the entire agreement between TechMie and you. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York without reference to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of the terms is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of the terms will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable provision of the terms shall be severed accordingly.
